What To Expect

You will be picked up early in the morning by our driver to bring you and your cooking enthusiasts to a well-established Thai cooking school on Phuket. The fun starts with meeting the culinary experts, introducing you to the school and bringing up to speed with what’s in store.

From the moment you arrive at our cooking paradise, we head out straight to the fresh food market where raw products, herbs, vegetables, are sold in the morning. Enjoy the atmosphere, for it plays an important cultural role as well. Your cooking lesson is interactive, hands-on, and informative. Learn the best ingredients and spices to delight your senses and produce extraordinary Thai cuisine. After preparing your own lunch, you have to try out the food you cooked.

Courses are suitably arranged to accommodate not only meat lovers but also vegetarians with a substitution of mock meats and fresh vegetables. The lessons have a warm and easy-going atmosphere of Thai hospitality, breathtaking scenery of the mountains and miles of sandy white beaches. Thai food is everyone's favourite, and it's not surprising since the philosophy behind Thai cooking is that the food serves as everyday medicine for health and longevity. The dishes prepared during this (almost) full day are designed to balance all of the body elements and feed them on all levels with satisfying tastes and aromas and visually appealing, colourful textures.

Before you know it, the day has passed and we’ll bring you back to your hotel with a head filled with culinary ideas to bring home with you. You will be back at your home, far away from home at around 4pm.
