Learn the Thai way. At Pum's cookery class you will learn how to cook healthy authentic Thai meals. We use our very own homemade curry paste along with lots of other fresh produce to bring out the best flavor in a variety of dishes. Tour the fresh market and discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy a few supplies for the cooking class, but you'll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions feel free to ask any questions as the tour will be customized for you. Learn of basic fruit carving methods and techniques, proper use of fruit carving tools, selection of fruit for quality, and care of fruit after carving. You will experience every step of how to become a successful Thai chef, from the beginning of the course until the end! Enjoy the convenience of pick-up and drop-off direct from your hotel.
