What To Expect

You will be picked up from your hotel in Phuket with a shared minivan, and you will be dropped off at Rassada Pier where you will take the shared speedboat transfer to Koh Phi Phi where your adventure begins! Once you arrive in Phi Phi, you need to pay 20 Baht per person for the island fee in cash.

Monkey Beach

At this beach you will find the Macaque monkeys. However, they are sometimes a bit shy and up in the trees so it is not 100% guaranteed to see them as wildlife is unpredictable. Nearly always you can find multiple monkeys at the beach!

They might look cute, but don't come too close–these Macaque monkeys will take the chance to bite your banana.

Viking Cave

Viking Cave is one of the main attractions at Phi Phi Leh. Although it is not allowed to go inside the cave, all the boat tours stop here close enough to take pictures and get a brief explanation about the story of the cave. There are many stories to be found about it, however, nobody really knows what the exact history is.

Legend says that thousands of years ago people did ancient paintings on the walls resembling viking ships. Others say that about 400 years ago, gypsies and pirates were stranded here during a monsoon storm and created the paintings.
