What To Expect

Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong)

We start our visit to the most beautiful and renowned monastery in Phuket, Wat Chalong. It consecrates the dormant statues of monk-hero Luang Pho Chaem and his assistant Luang Pho Chuang, both of whom were greatly revered by local people because of their roles in the 1876 mineral rebellion.

Big Buddha Phuket

Then we visit Big Buddha Phuket, a 45-metre-tall white marble statue visible from anywhere in Phuket's southern part. Probably it's a “Must see in Phuket” for most of the tourist’s, and for good reason. The sights are breath-taking from up there. The statue is built with a donation from people and is still under construction.
