Overview

Rue Sri Dat Ton is an ancient Thai knowledge which utilizes the same knowledge as Thai Massage, but in the form of a wellness exercise. Guests are able to learn series of postures that they can practice themselves daily - it is like giving yourself a daily Thai Massage! A handbook is also provided so that guests can take the practice back home.
